EcoAirEcoAir, an innovative range of air handling units providing a compact, cost effective solution to most types of air conditioning application. The units come in six standard sizes with airflow rates from 1,000 to 25,000m3 per hour.The new EcoAir has been based around value engineering design process. EcoAir AHU range is frameless with no intermediate profiles, helping to make EcoAir units nearly 10% more compact and highly competitive. This new design brings highest thermal insulation, minimal thermal bridges and low air leakage. The units also incorporate the latest innovations in fan and motor technology, giving excellent performance and energy efficiency during operation. As part of the drive towards reducing the overall dimensions of the units, the centrifugal fan assembly is fitted to a compact new sub-frame. - The Units can carry out many different air treatment functions, with numerous standard configurations complemented with a varied range of accessories. - Forward and backward turbines with high available pressure, for dealing with problems of central air conditioning where the ducting systems has a high pressure drop. - Small overall dimensions, requiring less space for installation in machine rooms; the unit can also be fitted into false ceilings. - Service panel on left or right; horizontal or vertical discharge. - standardised internal components, mounted on sliding panels for easy interchangeability. - Easy access to components via large, easily manoeuvrable side panels. - Thermal and acoustic insulation provided by double-skin panels with 50mm of high density mineral wool. - Air tight joints. |
